Major new features and updates since 1.7/1.8

• New billing event system replaces invoice events
• Request Tracker ticketing system updated to version 3.6.
• More complete agent-virtualization, especially self-configuration. Company name, logo, address, package definitions, etc.

• Invoice typesetting overhaul with invoice sections ability
• Ability to use USPS address standardization
• Ability to use CCH taxation data
• Wholesale billing for VoIP termination
• Add base_rate price plan.
• Per-customer "Invoice terms" override

• Rewrote package definition edit.

• Agent-virtualized address blocks and routers

VoIP

• Better matching for toll-free prefixes
• Better display of CDRs on invoices, and additional formatting options
• More CDR search options
• Many new options in VoIP price plan
• GlobalPOPs integration including DID availability

Exports

• Fixed bugs in Prizm export and updated for new Prizm version.

Self-service

• Phone number + PIN login option
• Add additional functionality to self-service including address changes, usage viewing
• Ability to skin self-service from backend config options
• Pass IP address in from signup page to payment gateways which accept it.
• Include Asterisk-aware self-service page based on ARI.

Misc

• Per-employee vonage integration
• Initial implementation of usage tracking for consulting using RT TimeWorked
