Billing
- Improve deferred prorating for longer-than-monthly frequencies
- Added option to roll back anniversary dates from the 29th-31st to the 28th instead of forward to the following month
Billing events
- Billing event "initialize" feature to suppress running new events for past items
- "Run only once for each time the package has been billed" condition: add "Only count paid bills" option
Ticketing
- RT upgraded from 3.8.15 to 3.8.17
- Fix (old-style RT) spreadsheet links in RTx:Statistics graphs
Payments
